Annual General Meeting on Sunday 28 January 2024

 We look forward to welcoming all to our Annual General Meeting on Auckland Anniversary weekend 2024. After being postponed last year due to the big wet, we hope that we are all able to come together and enjoy the opportunity to connect with each other, enjoy lunch and learn more about what the Executive Committee has been, and will be doing for the community.

  • 12noon, Mansion House Grounds

  • Lunch provided

  • Bring a chair or blanket, your sunscreen and a hat.

  • Please register for catering purposes by emailing Nikki Porteous: secretary@kirra.org.nz

If any members have any issues or discussion points that they would like heard, please notify the secretary at least one week prior to the meeting so that they can be brought up under GENERAL BUSINESS.

Nomination for Executive and proposed sub committees

Next year KIRRA is proposing some dedicated sub committees to progress our Community work. You don’t have to be on the Executive to be involved with a sub committee. If you are interested in being involved or putting your name forward for the Executive or one of the proposed sub committees, please visit our page on the website for more information and complete the nomination form.

Nominations for the Executive Committee and roles will be accepted at the AGM. Sub committee members will not need to be formally accepted.
